Lucky Joshua

Saturday, September 13, 2003 -- Cathi and the boys spent the morning working the volleyball tournament at the school as part of her Booster Club duties. Joshua called shortly after noon asking to be picked up because he was bored. Later, Cathi and Josh escaped into Corpus, leaving me with the angry one. "Joshua always gets to do everything fun and I have to stay here with YOU." Cathi says she is only taking one child at a time into Corpus from now on because they can't behave when they are together. Zach eventually calmed down enough to talk me into playing tennis. "Are you going easy on me?" he asked after winning two out of five games. "No, you pretty much won fair and square" I admitted - he really is improving at an alarming rate. We spent the rest of the evening (insert involuntary shudder here) watching "Race to the Altar." That boy ain't right.
