Little League Split Approved

Wednesday, October 15, 2003 -- Grandma agreed to keep the boys while Cathi and I attended tonight's specially-called Beeville Little League board meeting. The vote to allow Skidmore to split from the Beeville League passed unanimously, proving what many of us already suspected, that Beeville would be more than happy to be rid of us. In fact, the president of the Beeville League acted like the whole thing was his idea in the first place. Back in Skidville, we stayed up late watching the Marlins finish off the Cubs.
