Wednesday, November 12, 2003 -- Cathi stopped by the school to pick up the boys second mid-semester progress report. Josh continues to make straight A's but Zach just cant quite seem to bump those high B's into the A category. Cathi gave him a long speech back a the house but I dont think any of it stuck. I came across an animal lying the road during my nightly jog. It turned out to be a skunk which I assumed had been run over. "That weird" I thought. "Usually you can smell a dead skunk from a mile away." Right about then, the skunk raised it's head and I beat a hasty retreat in the direction from which I came.
