The Big Day

Thursday, December 25, 2003 -- The boys guilted me out of bed at 8:30 this morning to open Christmas presents. Later, the great grandparents joined us for lunch, then everyone took off to see the movie "Elf" while I hung around the house working on Cathi's anniversary present (a watercolor of her recently deceased pet Sugar Glider, Pikachu). I made pretty good progress on the painting and plan to finish up back in Skidmore. The boys and I returned to Skidmore this evening, stopping along the way to drop off the fruit uncle Bubba ordered from the recent Booster club fundraiser.
