Mr. Brundrett Knows his Knots

Thursday, December 11, 2003 -- Cathi called me from her cell phone this afternoon. She and her office mates were returning from Corpus with a pickup full of toys when they started to worry that the whole load was going to topple onto the highway. I grabbed a couple of ropes and met them in front of the museum where Mr. Brundrett helped me tie the toys down more securely. Cathi and I later attended the Bee Community Action Agency (BCAA) Awards Dinner where Mr. Brundrett was honored for 5 years of service to the organization. "Grandma, Thanks for watching the boys while we attended the banquet."
