Close Calls

Wednesday, March 10, 2004 -- Tonight's Little League meeting resulted in two close votes. The first vote to establish two separate Junior baseball teams passed 7-5. The second vote to allow the two Managers to draft the two teams evenly passed with 6-5 votes. If the two motions had failed, we would have ended up with one strong Junior team, but even so, it was the right thing to do.
