Poo Fountain

Monday, March 8, 2004 -- Drove into Beeville to purchase a new toilet snake and mega plunger. I tried everything short of explosives to clear the sewer line to no avail. Took a break long enough for Zach and I to drive Josh in for his doctors appointment. We stopped at Ace Hardware on the way home to purchase yet another, more heavy duty, toilet snakey thing. Zach stranded me on the rooftop briefly as I attempted to clear the obstruction from the vent tube on top of the house (Mr. Huser's suggestion). No luck from above but, after going postal with the new snake, I finally achieved success as raw sewage virtually exploded from the septic tank! Still, no one offered a congratulatory hug.
