Big Wet Storm

Thursday, May 13, 2004 -- The boys and I met uncle Ronnie at Chisolm and saw the beginning of a 7 hour thunderstorm. Over 8 inches of rain fell this evening, briefly knocking out power. My rain gauge only records up to 5 inches of rain so I had to put on a jacket and go outside in the middle of the storm to empty the gauge. What a mess!
