Preparing for All Stars

Thursday, June 24, 2004 -- The boys, along with all three All-star teams, enjoyed barbecue sandwiches after practice courtesy of Little League board member Lucy Rocha. We had quite a bit of barbecue left over from our recent fundraiser and Lucy came up with the idea of distributing sack "lunches" to the players. Another fellow board member, Thelma Zavala, and I spent the evening in Refugio putting together the Bobcat Little League All-star player affidavits.
