Way down in a hole...

Tuesday, July 6, 2004 -- While I was leaving for a meeting in Corpus, I made the mistake of asking the boys to use some of the dirt from the garden to construct a backyard pitching mound. By the time I returned, they had dug a 2 foot wide 4 foot deep hole, straight down through a layer of clay and into caliche below. I have no idea where we are going to get the dirt to fill it in.
