Friday, August 20, 2004 -- Uncle Ronnie scored points with Grandma this evening by pressure-washing the mold off the exterior of her house. I countered by repairing the light fixture in one of her rent houses and lugging her cast iron bench up onto the porch. But, my efforts paled in comparison and it was obvious, at least for today, that Ronnie was the favorite son. Now as long as uncle Bubba doesn't take her to dinner over the weekend...
