Hog Wrestling

Wednesday, October 20, 2004 -- Josh and I moved his hog from the Huser Pig Farm to the school's Ag Farm this afternoon. After a failed first attempt, we enlisted the help of Ty Huser who suggested we just grab him and throw him into the back of the truck (easier said than done). We finally rolled him on his back like a turtle with Josh and I each grabbing two legs to toss him into the pickup squealing at the top of his lungs. Unloading him proved much easier and "Roscoe" is now getting acquainted with the other hogs and his new surroundings. Joshua's Ag teacher confirmed that Joshua had one of the best hogs at the farm.
