Laying Low

Tuesday, January 18, 2005 -- Mr. Strong got a pretty good grilling from the 40 or 50 people who showed up at tonight's Water Board meeting. The Husers were there along with the Duggins, Mrs. DuBois, Cathi's boss, and a handful of local government types. As the newest board member, I kept my mouth shut through most of the meeting. One lady even asked what the rest of the board members did since Mr. Strong was obviously doing most of the work. In the end, I think most of the people walked away satisfied that the board was working on their behalf.
