Beep Beep

Monday, December 5, 2005 -- The cable guy dropped by this morning and invited me to a jousting duel at one of those Medieval Restaurants... wait... that was a bad movie. Actually, he was from Time-Warner; here to install my new cable TV and Roadrunner internet service just a month after I paid a few hundred dollars for installation of a radio based high speed service out of Corpus. Oh well, it's just money. The old service was fast but unreliable outside of regular office hours which Cathi and I do not keep. I didn't like that 30 foot "Acme" tower on top of the house anyway.
