Sunday, January 8, 2006 -- Cathi and I took the boys to see King Kong yesterday (sorry we couldn't play tennis uncle Ronnie). We enjoyed the movie although a trip to the bathroom made me miss the part where some guy's head gets eaten by a bug. Animal lover Zach says "Why'd they have to kill the monkey? Stupid morons."

On a separate note, it's hard to be humble when you are repeatedly proven right about everything. ABC News reports Scientists say magnet therapy is a waste of money. Still a believer? How about this story from back in October? Magnetic Insoles Fail to Relieve Foot Pain. Ironically, this particular study appears to have been funded by the quacks themselves. Score one for scientific integrity.

Now if I can just get everyone to take my advice on computer purchases and politics...
