Skoot's Cafe Irish Stew

Saturday, December 30, 2006 -- Ronnie's truck and Angie's car were parked in front of Grandma's house as I drove past so, after checking on Joshua's hog, I stopped in for a visit. It looks like Angie and Ronnie are both hoping to play in the upcoming S-T ISD Alumni basketball game. I hung around long enough to enjoy two bowls of stew (thanks Grandma, it was delicious). Mom (grandma) says she used the same Irish stew recipe that Grandma "Robby" used in the cafe, except she added carrots and celery.

Cathi reports the boys have gone camping with uncle Arnold and cousins Nikki and Cody.
