Car Troubles

Saturday, January 6, 2007 -- Joshua woke me up earlier than I would have liked this morning. "Dad! Mom wants you. There's something wrong with her car." Sure enough, the Prius engine was making a not-right clattering noise when it switch from the electric to gas motor. I was able to rent a tow dolly from the UHaul place in Beeville and we hauled it into Corpus for repair. Zach was none too happy to have missed a lunchtime visit to CC's Pizza to see cousin Gary Tumlinson as a result of the delay. Joshua hung around Skidmore so he and Ricky Gutierrez could attend Belinda Garcia's quinceanera.
