He Didn't Have Time to Foul Out

Friday, January 12, 2007 -- Uncle Ronnie has a nice little garden going out at his 80 acres. I stopped by after lunch at Dalias to steal a few turnips. Ronnie, Angie, and Grandma all showed up for Zach's basketball game vs George West this evening. Unfortunately, coach benched Zach for the first three periods (he had it coming). He showed a lot of hustle when he finally made it into the game and even managed to score two points - something he rarely does in a full game! Several of kids and parents from our summer George West baseball league attended the game. Mr. Miller stopped by to say hello. His son Marcus broke his leg in two placed in October and was playing (well) with a full leg brace.
