Family scatters

Friday, June 22, 2007 -- Mrs. Brown picked up Zach this morning for a week-long trip to some resort on Lake Rayburn (where you can almost throw a rock and hit Louisiana). We asked Mrs. Brown if it was really okay for Zach to tag along and she confirmed she needed someone to keep Robert occupied on the trip. Josh invited Ricky Gutierrez, Coleman Mengers, and Jacob Perez to this evening's Hooks game in Corpus Christi, courtesy of Whataburger by way of uncle Bruce and aunt Sandi. Cathi reports the game was rained out but the boys did catch a glimpse of Nolan Ryan in the suite next door. As for myself, Buddy and I had a nice evening bike ride in the rain.
