Friday, November 7, 2008 -- My trip to San Antonio to pick up new doors for the LHS was a wash when the guy selling them turned out to be color blind. I attempted to make the best of my trip by visiting the "Pick N Pull" do-it-yourself auto salvage yard. It was a surreal experience walking through hundreds of jacked up automotive carcasses. I didn't find what I was looking for but the ground everywhere was just fascinatingly littered with automotive bits and pieces. It reminded me of the found-object artwork we used to do back in college.
