It's a Major Award

Tuesday, December 9, 2008 -- I got a call from Richard Longoria at KIII TV this afternoon. He said the video of Alex Gonzales' 85 yard kickoff return I shot and uploaded to "YouNewsTV" had won some kind of award. He wasn't sure of the exact details but apparently I'm going to receive a couple of DVDs and the school is going to receive $1000 in sports equipment. They're going to come to the school next Wednesday for an interview so I guess ya'll need to check out the 10 o'clock news that night. Finally, I can add "award winning cinematographer" to my resume.

UPDATE: KIII couldn't get a cameraman down to Skidville on Wednesday, so they rescheduled for January 7th.
